- Customers are solely responsible for paying any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
- Any delays caused due to customs clearance processes are beyond our control.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- Shipping charges for international orders vary based on the destination and order weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time varies by location but typically ranges between 10 to 30 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Unforeseen delays due to customs clearance, local postal services, or external factors are not our responsibility.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
- Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- If the order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must report the issue with clear images within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the claim and provide a resolution.
5. Non-Delivery Due to Customs Issues
- If an order is held by customs and the customer refuses to pay duties/taxes, or if customs rejects or destroys the shipment, Lishkara will not be liable for any refunds or reshipments.
- Customers must ensure they comply with their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
6. Payment & Currency Conversion
- Payments are accepted in INR (Indian Rupees), and the equivalent amount in the customer’s local currency will be determined by their payment provider.
- Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
