1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
You may request a return and refund only if the product received is defective. To qualify:
- The return request must be initiated within 2 days from the Date of Delivery.
- The product must be unused, with all original tags and labels intact.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging.
- Products that have been used, washed, stitched, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refund
- Color Variations: Slight color differences between the actual product and its appearance on the screen are normal and not considered a defect. No refund shall be granted on this basis.
- Exchange Requests: We do not offer product exchanges after purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only the product purchase amount will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
