At Lishkara, returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects in the supplied items, including:

  • Top Fabric

  • Bottom Fabric

  • Dupatta

Conditions for Claim

  1. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
    Customer must record a clear video with visible date & time stamp showing:

    • Sealed packet being opened

    • Defect detected immediately upon opening

    • No tampering with the packed item

    Claims without proper opening video proof will not be accepted.

  2. Reporting Timeline
    Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the opening video.

  3. Replacement Policy
    If the defect is verified and beyond repair, a replacement will be provided subject to availability.

  4. Refund Policy
    Refund will be processed only if:

    • The defect is beyond repair, and

    • Replacement item is unavailable.

  5. No Claims for Color Difference
    No return, replacement, or refund will be accepted for color or shade variation between website images and actual product.

  6. Return Shipping
    Customer must courier the defective item back in properly repacked condition as instructed by Lishkara.

Important Note

Customers are requested to exercise due diligence while receiving and opening parcels, as proper video proof and timely reporting are mandatory for any claim.

Lishkara remains committed to quality and service, and will make every effort to ensure customers never have to use this policy.
