3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details while placing orders.

  • Lishkara shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

  • Delays caused by natural events, strikes, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances shall not make Lishkara liable for compensation.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects in Top Fabric, Bottom Fabric, or Dupatta.

  • Customer must record a parcel opening video with visible date & time stamp showing defect detection at the time of opening.

  • Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.

  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement will be provided if defect is beyond repair and product is available.

  • Refund will only be processed if replacement is unavailable and defect is beyond repair.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, logos, product descriptions, designs, and branding belongs to Lishkara and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. User Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • Submit false claims or fraudulent disputes
